Fast Refund

Please note: The address printed on the package is not our authorized return address. Returns sent without a return authorization and the correct return address provided by our customer service team may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all accessories and components included.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • To process a return or exchange for a defective or damaged item, please email us clear photos showing the issue after submitting your return or exchange request.

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
